Find your next step forward

We all have moments when we can't see the path forward through the forest because there are too many trees in the way.

I am here to help you take a step back, see the big picture, and figure out where you want to go in your career or in your life. More on my coaching philosophy here.

I'm not interested in helping you ace your next interview, or get your next promotion. What I want to talk about is what energizes you, what lights up your eyes and connects you to where you find meaning.

Once we find that spark of passion, we can discuss steps to manifesting that passion throughout everything you do.

How I can help you

Career Coaching

Trying to figure out what to do next in your career? Not sure how your previous experience shows the way forward to a future job?

As somebody who's navigated through multiple career transitions, I can help you figure out your North Star values, and brainstorm experiments to look for your next career step. Let's figure out how to move you towards your dream job.

Leadership Coaching

In a world where people have more career and job choices than ever before, how will you inspire your team to achieve great things together?

Our work can include addressing areas of development that you have identified, as well as uncovering new possibilities for yourself that you have not yet imagined. What is your ideal vision of yourself as a leader?

Life Coaching

I believe in your power to grow, and will help you find your way forward into your desired growth. I can help you find the unspoken assumptions that are keeping you in your patterns of behavior.

Together, we will develop new patterns and habits for your body and mind to invite you to a new way of being which can transform your life and your relationships.

If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up people to collect wood and don’t assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea.
